A few years ago, we swapped the hustle of London for the coastal beauty of Falmouth, a place that had always felt like home. Having studied here years ago and with family in the area, the move felt like the perfect fit.
Our new home came with an old, forgotten annexe that was just waiting for a little love. With our experience as renovators, landlords, and hosts, we transformed it into a stylish holiday let in just six weeks. Within a week of listing it on Airbnb, it was fully booked for two months straight. That was when we realised this wasn’t just a side project, it was the start of something bigger.
We expanded, adding two more successful Airbnbs to our portfolio, and from there, Guested was born. With decades of experience in property investment and a passion for creating exceptional stays, we knew we could offer something different by helping other homeowners maximise their rental potential with ease.

Unlike larger companies that rely solely on weekly stays, we use a dynamic approach, combining both short and weekly lets across multiple platforms. This flexible strategy maximises occupancy and significantly boosts revenue. On top of that, we are receiving more and more direct bookings, cutting out hefty third-party commissions and putting more money straight into our owners’ pockets.
