Our story
With over 12 years of experience in the property investment industry and successful management of a buy-to-let portfolio, we possess expertise as renovators, landlords, and hosts.
In 2018, we decided to relocate from London to Falmouth, where we purchased our dream home that included an old, unused annexe. Drawing on our experience of renovating properties, we transformed the annexe into a luxurious holiday let within six weeks and had it rented out a week later. Within the first week of listing the property on Airbnb, it was fully booked for the next two months. This inspired us to expand our portfolio by adding two more successful Airbnbs and launching Guested.
Today, we work with a small group of property owners who share our passion for providing a memorable guest experience in beautiful Falmouth, Cornwall. Our focus is on delivering a 5-star service, being easily accessible, and providing a hassle-free management service to our clients.
